Schnapscharter: 11 years and 11 months Rotaract Pirmasens

Dear Rotaractors,

We are very pleased that you are interested in our Schnapscharter! Here you have the opportunity to find out more about our program and secure one of the coveted places! The number of participants is limited, so be quick! The ticket for our charter party is EUR 85 per person, additional program items can be booked as an option.

Our club has stood for friendship, commitment and lots of fun for almost a decade. We are proud to be part of the Rotaract family and to do good together with you. The profits from our charter party will go to the animal sanctuary in Maßweiler, which supports local animals as well as animals from all over the world. In a pilot project, a new form of husbandry for tigers is to be implemented – a tiger labyrinth in a facility that will cover 1,300 square meters. We are delighted to be able to support such a special project with your help!

Welcome Party with Pub-Quiz

We’re kicking off the weekend with a bang! Enjoy cocktails, finger food, music and an entertaining pub quiz on Friday evening from 7 pm at our cooperation partner’s Restaurant seven. Admission is included in the ticket price, food and drinks during the Welcome Party are to be paid by yourself.

Erster Golfclub Westpfalz, Schwarzbachtal e. V. | Hitscherhof

Option 1 – Golf lesson

Swing a golf club on one of the most beautiful golf courses in Germany! During this lesson you will learn how to tee off correctly and then show off your skills in the putting tournament. Do you have a cool head and a steady hand? Find out!

Tierart Tierauffangstation | Maßweiler

Option 2 – Guided tour of the animal sanctuary

Find out more about the important work of the animal sanctuary, which benefits from our profits! The tour will give you an insight into how the dedicated team rescues circus and farmed animals and cares for and reintroduces native wild animals into the wild. An absolute recommendation for all animal lovers!

Hitscherhof | Maßweiler

Option 3 – Hayride through pumpkin fields

Experience an idyllic hayride through the pumpkin fields of the Hitscherhof farm and learn interesting facts about pumpkin cultivation. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to visit the Hitscherhof festival, where you can try the delicious pumpkin spritz, among other things. Let yourself be enchanted by the autumnal atmosphere!

Neither drinking nor smoking is permitted during the ride.

Forum Alte Post | Pirmasens

Gala-Dinner and Party

Celebrate with us at a festive dinner in the „Forum Alte Post“. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the ticket price until midnight. There will be a cocktail bar and of course our signature drink Moco. DJ Flying will heat us up after the official part so that we can celebrate our birthday with you in style! There will also be additional prizes waiting for you in our raffle.

Hangover Breakfast

We will also be happy to meet up with you again on Sunday to look back on a great weekend. You can fortify yourselves for the return journey with a hangover breakfast and spend the last few hours with your Rotarian friends in Pirmasens. For those who have booked a room at the Best Western Hotel via our contingent, breakfast is already included. We invite everyone else to join us on a self-pay basis!

Since we have to reserve the seats, we ask you to register, even if you book a room in the hotel!
